1. How to get the samples?       
We will ship the samples to you by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,OR EMS after you confirmed what goods you need, quantity and fees solved. Door to door service! You will get your samples at your office within 7 days, do you have a client with an urgent demand? We will be please to support you with cost by air and options available, more than 150KG we suggest to send by Ship to make it more cost effective, large quantities must be ship by container. 

2. Are samples available for test?              
Yes, samples are available, you know samples speak louder than what we say! No risk for you to take big order without knowing the clear idea of what our products are.  The low defect rate and good quality control process to support our best after-sale service. Please be aware that we will quote you the sample and its fees to your destination; after placing final order we will reback any previous sample product fees you had to confirm our product. 

3. How to ship your order?        

We usually ship samples or urgent orders by air or courrier,  product price is FCA and air transport can also be arranged by our team. 

Large orders we ship by sea ; according your total weight and volume we will advice the loading type: 20GP, 40FT or 40HQ; so the shipping way is subject to your demand in advance and we will quote you both options if needed. We normally dont suggest LCL cargos, the shipment time will delay up to 50 days, for full container sea transit is fast around 17 - 33 days depending final destination port. 

Customs clearance paperwork and procedures will be handled by our team and forwarder for China, FOB terms. In case of any additional documentation, we will assist you immediately and please notice all final destination import costs in your country runs as normal by the buyer. 

4. How to track your order during shipment?    
For small order shipped by international courier (UPS/DHL/FedEx/EMS), we will send you tracking No. after samples went out, you can check the order status on courier's website. For Large orders shipped by sea, you can check with your shipping agent and also we will provide your BL copy, insurance, commercial invoice, packaging list and CO.

5. Do you products have warranty?   
We have the special design and good quality raw material production policy, this means even our prices might be competitive we never sacrifice the product quality. Our team will check with you what kind of warranty you are looking for and agree about that. 

6. How to pay Rongchang Solar?       
For small sample order (less than US$1,000.00) or sample order, please pay us via TT to HK personal account. Normal orders TT payment to our company USD company account in Mainland China. 

Normal payment terms are 30% TT and pending balance against BL release 7 days before cargo arrives to your destination for orders by Ship. Orders by Air we need full TT in advance before sending goods. 

Please send us the copy of remittance slip once the payment is done, so we can check with our bank and wire arrives you will receive an email notification with also copy of your receipt.
